Yes. If you do not have a wired internet connection, that’s okay. Wifi will work just fine. All we need is a high speed internet connection.

No. After connecting to your computer, our technician may ask you questions regarding your issue. Otherwise, you are free to work on anything else you have to do.

Our technician is specialized in Microsoft Windows. We will be adding Mac support in the near future!
