How It Works

We use screen sharing to remotely resolve computer issues.

Screen sharing allows our expert technician to securely view your screen from anywhere.

You can be assured that, all sessions are encrypted to protect our customer’s security and privacy.

We love that all of our sessions are 1 on 1, so our customers feel we are inside the room with them.

Step 1

You would contact us through phone, text, email, or chat so that our technician can schedule a time to walk you through the following steps.

Step 2

At your scheduled time, our technician will direct you back to this section to proceed with the download process. You will choose your operating system below to download a small connection program that allows us to virtually connect with your computer.

Step 3

After the download, you will open the program. Our technician will request for you to provide the connection ID located near the bottom of the program window.

Step 4

Once the connection is made, our technician will proceed with servicing your computer.

Customers are free to close our sessions at any time.

Step 5

After servicing your computer to your satisfaction, the technician will disconnect the session permanently.
